A celebration should not turn into a spreadsheet of vendors, addresses, labels and courier follow-ups. Yet that is exactly what happens when someone needs to send 25, 100 or 500 gifts. RAAHVIA exists to carry that operational weight from the first gift idea to the final doorstep confirmation.
Instead of handing the list to several shops and delivery partners, customers work with one team. We source from vetted vendors, agree bulk pricing, personalise the packaging, write notes by hand, collect and verify recipient details, label every box, dispatch the run and confirm each delivery across Kolkata.

How we work
Every order starts with a conversation about the occasion, headcount, delivery date and recipient neighbourhoods. We curate gift and packaging options, arrange samples before commitment, and quote personalisation, packing and delivery together. Once approved, the list is verified, the boxes are assembled in one run, and deliveries are tracked and confirmed door by door.
We currently focus on Kolkata and Howrah. Keeping the service city-focused means we can control the packing run and the doorstep experience instead of handing your gifts to strangers.
