RAAHVIA respects the information people share when planning a bulk gifting order. This policy explains what the website collects, why it is collected and how to ask for help with it.

Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, optional company or organisation name, occasion, approximate quantity, preferred delivery date, delivery type and any requirements you choose to describe. Recipient names and addresses may be shared later so RAAHVIA can coordinate and deliver an order. The website does not ask for payment card details.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, plan gifting and delivery, coordinate recipients and keep you updated about an order. Recipient details are used only to label, dispatch, deliver and confirm the gifts in the agreed order. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Form delivery and third parties
The enquiry form is submitted through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form delivery service, to reach connect@raahvia.in. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields so the enquiry can be emailed to RAAHVIA. Courier and delivery partners receive only the information needed to deliver an order, such as recipient name, address and phone number.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled by RAAHVIA, it is limited to aggregate page-usage measurement through Google Analytics, and the provider may receive technical information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and may set its own cookies or receive technical information when it loads. WhatsApp, telephone and email links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and order information is kept only as long as needed to respond, fulfil an order, resolve a delivery issue or meet a legal obligation. You can ask RAAHVIA to correct or delete the personal information you shared by emailing connect@raahvia.in. If a recipient asks about their delivery information, RAAHVIA will help directly or through the customer who placed the order.
